Terms and Conditions for Appstle Loyalty Scheme

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Appstle loyalty scheme ("Loyalty Program") provided by Minky, located at Vale Mill (Rochdale) Ltd, Robinson Street, Rochdale, OL1 1TA ("we", "our", "us"), via the Minky.com ("Website"). By participating in the Loyalty Program, you ("you", "your", "Member") agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not access or use the Loyalty Program.

  1. Eligibility

1.1 To participate in the Loyalty Program, you must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom and at least 18 years of age.

1.2 Employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives of Vale Mill or its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  1. Registration & Account Creation

2.1 To join the Loyalty Program, you must create an account through the application by providing accurate and up-to-date personal information.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.

  1. Earning Points

3.1 Members can earn loyalty points ("Points") through purchases or actions specified on the Appstle widget, such as referring friends, or engaging in promotional offers.

3.2 The number of Points earned per activity will be clearly stated on Minky.com. Points may be subject to change based on promotional offers or changes to the Loyalty Program.

3.3 Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of Minky.com unless otherwise explicitly stated in promotional offers or at the time of redemption.

  1. Redeeming Points

4.1 Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits available in the Loyalty Program as listed on the Website.

4.2 Rewards and redemption options are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

4.3 Some points may need to be redeemed within a specific period, e.g. 6 months, after which any unused Points may expire

4.4 Some rewards may require a minimum number of Points to redeem. Any such requirements will be clearly outlined in the reward description.

  1. Account Suspension or Termination

5.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and participation in the Loyalty Program if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions

5.2 If your account is terminated, any unused Points will be forfeited, and you will no longer be eligible for any associated rewards.

5.3 You may terminate your participation in the Loyalty Program at any time by contacting customer support, but you will forfeit any remaining Points upon termination.

  1. Privacy and Data Use

6.1 By participating in the Loyalty Program, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may use your data to personalize your experience, send promotional offers, and manage your account.

6.2 You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time by updating your preferences in your account settings.

  1. Modifications to the Loyalty Program

7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time, with or without notice. This includes the ability to change how Points are earned, the rewards available, and the terms of redemption.

7.2 Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Website, and the effective date of the changes will be updated accordingly. Your continued participation in the Loyalty Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8.1 You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity related to your participation in the Loyalty Program. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Using multiple accounts to gain additional Points
  • Transferring or selling Points to third parties
  • Attempting to exploit system errors to earn more Points or rewards
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of Vale Mill Ltd or other members

8.2 Any such prohibited activities may result in the suspension or termination of your account and the forfeiture of any accumulated Points.

9.1 The Loyalty Program and all associated rewards are provided "as is" and without any warranty, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
